At the annual meeting of the Administrative Board of the Wayne County Training School, Milton Alexander was elected president for the coming year, it was announced today. Mrs. Robert W. Beattie was elected vice president. The report of Dr. Robert H. Haskell. medical superintendent, indicated a present population of 491 at the school. Of that number 297 are boys and 194 are girls.

An increasingly large proportion of the food used by the school is furnished by the school farm which occupies a substantial part of the 1000 acre tract upon which the institution is established.

The Wayne County Training School is located at Northville and is devoted to the training of Feeble-minded and backward children. It was opened September 2nd 1926. Members of the administrative committee, besides Mr. Alexander and Mrs. Robert Beatie are Tracy McGregor Judge Henry Hulbert Superintendent of schools Frank Cody Commissioner Eber Yost and William H Maybury.
